Guess what we got???

Our house has gone through the USDA with flying colors and is now ready to be closed! If all goes according to plan, we will be moving in sometime next Monday or Tuesday! YAY!! We will post pictures of the move as soon as we can!

Please keep Dave in your prayers tonight...someone is having his "manhood" taken away from him tomorrow. He's getting his shots, flea treatments and neutered all for $20. What a blessing! :)

First post...how exciting! :)

I got this idea from a friend of Stephen and I's and thought that this would be a great way to keep in touch with everyone in our family. Whether it be next door, across the state or across the country!

If you haven't heard already, which would be really sad if you didn't, because it's all we have been talking about...we are in the process of buying our very first house! :) Unfortunately, it is taking A LOT longer than we had anticipated. Because we are going through the USDA, it is taking much longer than planned. We put in our loan application on November 5th, and USDA is on October 28th (as of December 22nd), so we still have a ways to go. We are pushing for the middle of January to begin moving in! If you would like to see our house go to...

Please pray for us that we keep our sanity for just a bit longer. The suspense is KILLING us!

We also had a new addition come into our family about 5 months ago, who we swear is a dog, but is actually a cat. Dave is a, not exaggerating, 17 lb. stray that we took in and he's been a member of the family ever since. He sleeps in the sink and shower, tries to eat off your plate, drinks out of a glass, and loves to be wrapped up in a blanket. He's the funniest cat you will ever meet. I guarantee.

I am currently working for a pain management clinic scheduling surgeries for the doctor there. I do a lot more than that, but I will not bore you with the details. Stephen is still at Wireless Advocates doing the cell phone thing. I pray that a new and better opportunity opens up for him, because he is not enjoying that job too terribly much.

That's all for my first post! Off to bed now...long day ahead tomorrow! :)
